01 / ABOUT ME

Different experiences.
A whole-system perspective.

I help people and organizations navigate change. My work brings together psychological practice and experience in entrepreneurship, company management and IT projects.

I want to understand both a person’s experiences and the systems they live and work within: how individual needs, relationships, goals and actions connect.

My own journey includes crises, losing familiar bearings and finding new foundations. This experience helps me remain attentive to the complexity of another person’s path. Nature, travel and cooking together are also part of my life.

In my work, I combine support and exploration with structure, clarity and attention to practical steps.

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

My professional experience

Over 20 years

Entrepreneurship and business management

I built and developed my own IT company, leading people and projects. I also have experience developing another company and jointly managing a team of 50 people. I understand the responsibilities of an entrepreneur and employer, the complexities of partnership and the need to make decisions amid uncertainty.

32 years

IT and information systems management

My path has taken me from technical work to leading IT projects and serving as an IT director. Today, I consider technology in relation to business strategy: which challenges it helps address, how it changes processes and what people need to use it effectively.

9 years

Business and organizational consulting

I help explore connections between an organization’s goals, culture, relationships, processes and technology. I combine management experience with a psychological understanding of people to find solutions suited to each organization.

5 years

Psychological practice

I work with life crises, relationships, identity and the search for meaning. I help people understand themselves, find their own foundations and develop more coherent relationships with themselves and others.

These fields developed in parallel and gradually began to complement one another. Today, they are connected by my interest in the development of people and the systems they are part of.

02 / PRACTICE

Two fields of practice.
A shared interest in growth.

01People and relationships

Psychological practice

I help people explore themselves, navigate crises, understand relationships and find their own foundations. I aim to create a space where difficult things can be discussed and new ways of living gradually explored.

  • Individual concerns and life transitions
  • Couple relationships and family systems
  • Identity, meaning and inner resources

My practice brings together psychodynamic work, CBT, logotherapy and attention to bodily experience.

02Organizations and strategic IT management

Business consulting

I help reveal connections between strategy, people, processes and technology: exploring what holds a shared endeavour back and finding ways of working that fit the organization.

  • Strategy and organizational development
  • Team collaboration and conflict resolution
  • The role of IT in business development

I value autonomy, clear responsibility and people’s participation in decisions that affect their work.

03 / THE IDEA OF Holonia

Be yourself.
Take part in something larger.

A person is a whole world, and also a participant in relationships. A family or organization, too, has its own history, character and direction of growth.

I see individuals, families and organizations as different scales of wholeness. Each has its own needs and possibilities, alongside connections with others. In my work, I help make those connections clearer and collaboration more coherent.

01

Person

Hear your different needs. Find your foundations and your own way of living.

02

Relationships

Meet another person while remaining yourself. Create room for everyone to belong.

03

Organization

Understand its character and purpose. Connect each person’s independent contribution with the growth of a shared endeavour.

Whole

See a person or system within its context, considering how its parts affect one another, with their needs and boundaries.

Holistic

The qualities of a whole also emerge from relationships between its parts. Explore both a particular difficulty and the connections in which it exists.

Integral

Look at a situation from several perspectives: inner experience, observable actions, shared values and the structure of a system. Bring these perspectives together in practice.

Ideas that inform my perspective

These concepts have different histories. Here are a few thinkers and ideas that help explain my perspective.

Holism · 1926

Jan Smuts

In Holism and Evolution, he introduced the term “holism” and explored the emergence of wholes. What matters to me here is an interest in the relationship between part and whole.

Holon · 1967

Arthur Koestler

In The Ghost in the Machine, he proposed the holon: something that is both a whole and part of a larger whole. I use this idea as a way of thinking about different scales of life.

Integral approach

Ken Wilber

His integral model brings together individual and collective, interior and exterior perspectives. It helps keep several aspects of a situation in view.

Teal organizations · 2014

Frederic Laloux

In Reinventing Organizations, he described organizations emphasizing wholeness, self-management and evolutionary purpose. I am particularly drawn to the connection between wholeness and the growth of a shared endeavour.

A TEAL ASPIRATION

A shared endeavour grows
through being ourselves.

This is how I understand the teal aspiration: a person can bring their abilities, feelings and values into shared work. A family or organization can find its own path, recognize its character and respond to change.

This is a direction for my work and an expression of my values, rather than a judgment about who has reached the “right” stage of development.

04 / COLLABORATION
